ACE (Accessible Content E-Portal)

ACE is a new service from Scholars Portal, which supports students with print disabilities at participating universities in Ontario by providing access to library books in five different accessible formats through an online platform.

How to contact us

Scholars Portal team

If you have any questions or feedback regarding ACE itself or this guide, please contact the ACE team at the following e-mail address:

ACE Support Team
ace@scholarsportal.info

This shared inbox is monitored by the Accessibility Librarian Katya Pereyaslavska and Client Services Librarian Sabina Pagotto, as well as ACE Project Assistants Sue Beazley and Aneta Kwak, who coordinate efforts with the team of designers, developers, digitization specialists, and diverse library staff that make ACE possible. This is the easiest way to get in touch with us and ensure a quick and comprehensive response.
