Once you've submitted a request, you'll be able to track it by logging in and going to "My Requests."
The item's status will change as your request is reviewed, shipped, picked up, and returned to its home institution. If the status does not seem right (e.g. its status is 'Overdue' but you think you returned in), contact your local ILL office. / Many schools have more than one library branch with an ILL department. This indicates the library where your request will arrive, and where it should be returned. / View details of your request, including shipment type, pick-up location, and due date. You can also cancel your request if the item has not yet been shipped.
